Registration will be handled exclusively through DanceApp.net. Please ensure your account is created and ready before registration opens.

Hotel bookings can be made after your payment is confirmed and you will then receive detailed instructions.

Before registering, kindly ensure you read the following:

Registering as a couple

  • Partners must dance opposite roles (1 leader + 1 follower).

  • The Workshop or WSDC level is not required to be the same. I.e. An Advanced dancer can register with a Newcomer as long as they are in different roles.

  • Both tickets need to be the same, i.e. Full Pass or Party Pass.

  • Sign up as a pair and choose how you would like to pay

    • Separate Tickets – One person signs up both names, each pays their own way.
    • Combined Tickets – one of you takes the hit and pays for both.
Registering solo

  • You will be placed on the waitlist until we can balance roles. If you find a partner in the meantime, they can sign up and list your name as their partner.

  • Once your registration is confirmed and role-balanced, you will no longer be able to add a partner.

Registering a pass winner

If you have won a free pass—congratulations! Please provide the following details in the comment field:

  • The type of pass you have (Full or Party).

  • Where and in what competition/role you won the pass.

  • Free pass holders cannot add a partner to their registration.

  • No Transfers/Refunds are permitted.

Registering as All Star or Champion
All Star and Champion participants receive a free pass. While not mandatory, we would love your help as judges in return.
