Registration

Both partners must select the same pass type and same level (e.g., both Full Pass and level Social Newcomer or both Event Pass).

Partners must dance opposite roles (1 leader + 1 follower).

Each partner must complete their own registration form.

In the “Partner’s name” field, both partners must enter the same name their partner used for registration to ensure correct matching.

Your registration will only be processed once both you and your partner have submitted your forms. Until then, your registration will remain on the waitlist.

You will be placed on the waitlist until we can balance roles. If you find a partner in the meantime, they can sign up and list your name as their partner.

Once your registration is confirmed and role-balanced, you will no longer be able to add a partner.

Where and in what competition/role you won the pass.

Free pass holders cannot add a partner to their registration.

1. Registration Received
After submitting the form (you and your partner, if applicable), your registration will be automatically placed on the waiting list until we process it and, if necessary, find you a partner.

2. Registration Accepted
Once you (and your partner) have been assigned a spot at the event, you will receive an acceptance email with payment details. You will have 2 weeks to complete the payment. If we do not receive it on time, your registration may be canceled depending on the waiting list status.

3. Registration Confirmed
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your spot at the event is now secured.
