Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

• Registrations are pending until payment is received.
• Please ensure payment is made within the required period and in the required manner.
• If payment is not received on time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration. Re-registration will be subject to the pricing valid at the time of the new registration.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests received by May 31, 2026, will qualify for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after June 1, 2026.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed by the organizer. Refund-related costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another person. Leaders can only transfer to leaders; followers can transfer to either role.
• Free and discounted passes are not transferable.
• All transfers must be communicated in writing via email to info@lisbonwestiefest.com and confirmed by the organizer for both parties.
• Because online scams are common, we kindly ask that you do not send money for a ticket to anyone until you have confirmed it with us first.

Event Cancellation

• If the event is canceled due to low registrations or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), ticket holders will receive either a full refund or a voucher to transfer their ticket to a future event. No other claims can be made against the organizer.
• The event program is subject to change. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher cancellations), no refunds will be issued if the event proceeds.
