Health and Safety
Participation in the event involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept this risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
To promote safety and minimize risks, participants must adhere to event rules and take appropriate precautions, including:
- Staying home if they feel unwell or show symptoms of an infectious disease.
- Maintaining good hygiene, including regular use of hand sanitizers.
- Staying hydrated.
- Avoiding activities that could exacerbate preexisting health conditions.
- Refraining from pressuring others into risky movements or activities.
Participants who engage in knowingly risky or dangerous behavior may have their access to the event restricted by the event director.
Additionally, attendees agree to comply with any health and safety measures introduced by the organizer, which may include the use of face masks, SARS-CoV-2 vaccination policies, or testing requirements.

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
Any individual engaging in such behavior may face immediate removal from the event without refund, prohibition from future events, and potential reporting to authorities. Participants are encouraged to report any incidents to the event organizers or volunteers.
This policy extends to all event-related activities, including online interactions and social media.
Use of Images and Audio
By registering, participants consent to the use of photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. These materials may be shared on social media and other platforms.
Participants may take their own recordings but are prohibited from recording workshops or attendees without explicit permission from the organizer.
Use of Personal Data
By registering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for statistical, informational, and marketing purposes. Data will be stored securely and accessible only to the organizing team. No data will be shared with third parties.
Personal Items
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Any found items will be stored in a designated “Lost & Found” area until the end of the event. Unclaimed items will be held for 14 days post-event, after which they may be returned via post at the owner’s expense.
Additional Event Rules
- Wristbands must be worn at all times and presented upon request.
- Participants must respect decisions made by teachers and organizers.
- Non-compliance with event terms may result in the withdrawal of the participant’s pass without a refund.
